AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

MY WEEKLY ACTIVITIES

⇨ MONDAY TO FRIDAY:

I get up at 5.30am, brush my teeth, take a shower and put on my uniform to go to work. Before I leave home, I pick up breakfast and lunch. From my house to work it is 15 minutes by motorcycle, I start to work al 7.00am and leave at 5.00pm. The firs hours he carried out the epidemiological surveillance of mandatory notifiable dideases, then he made the reports to the central level of Essalud and to the Ministry of Health, starting at eleven o´clock in the morning I go to the management meetings and training scheduled in the network. Half a day I give myself a space to have lunch and then made the dispatch of documentation that enters daily. Starting al three in the afternoon I return home, I take a shower, change and go out to ride my bike (monday, wednesday and friday), and walk the dogs on tuesdays an thursdays. At night on monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I attend online English classes and on Thursday and Friday I visit my Sister.

⇰SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS:

On saturdays I get up late, prepare breakfast and go to my country house, where there are regioanl fruits such as pijuayo, lemons, papaya, sapote and other.

When I return I sleep for about two hours and alt night I go to play soccer at the recreational center in Havana.
